Pass 4 (pass4.ca) is exam prep for the 4th Class Power Engineer exams. This page says what Pass 4 stores about you, what it sends to other services, and how to ask for deletion.

What we store

When you sign in, we store your email address and the time you last signed in.

As you study, we store your quiz answers, your exam results, and your progress.

If you pay for Part B, we store your Stripe customer id, and for each paid term the billing country and province that Stripe Tax used for the rate.

Who else handles your information

Stripe takes card payments and tax. Stripe receives your email address. Pass 4 does not store card numbers.

Resend sends sign-in mail. Resend receives your email address to send it.

The site is hosted on a DigitalOcean droplet.

Cookies and your browser

Pass 4 uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.

Your theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. The podcast player keeps your playback position and speed there too.

Deletion

To ask for deletion, email support@pass4.ca. Deletion removes your email, quiz attempts, exam results and progress.
